Juventus have confirmed the signing of Brazilian striker Kaio Jorge from Santos on a five-year deal.

The 19-year-old striker underwent his medical tests two weeks ago, but had to return to Brazil in order to complete the paperwork.

Juve

have spent an initial €3 million on

Kaio

, half of which will be paid out this year and the rest in 2022, plus another €1m in bonuses, whilst Santos will earn five percent of a future sale.

Kaio finished the most recent Copa Libertadores as his club's top scorer, having netted five times in 12 appearances.

Kaio Jorge is not the only signing of the club in the summer transfer window as Juve have reached an agreement to sign

Manuel Locatelli
