Gollini happy with the Tottenham's great opportunity
The Italian goalkeeper will compete with Hugo Loris.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper, Pierluigi Gollini, is excited about the great opportunity he has been offered at
Tottenham.
The 26-year-old Atalanta goalkeeper traveled to London on Thursday to join Tottenham on loan. There is a € 15 million buy-out clause in his contract and he will be used at Tottenham as a backup for Hugo Loris.
Gollini has performed very well in
Atalantain the last three seasons and that is why he has attracted the attention of Tottenham. Now he is happy that he has been given such an opportunity.
He said:
“I am very happy. Clearly, it was difficult to leave a place that was like a second home and family.
"I thank Bergamo, as I felt loved here and what we did will remain in the history of the club, but this is a new experience.
