Hysaj undergoing his medicals before signing with Lazio
Elseid Hysaj, who is a free agent, is undergoing his medicals at the Lazio Lab in Formello before putting pen to paper with the club.
According to reports from Italian radio broadcaster Lazio Style Radio (via
LazioNews24),

Maurizio Sarri
is present there as well.
The 27-year-old’s announcement was due later this week but his arrival may be pronounced today if his medicals go as planned.
Sarri asked for the player himself as he knows the Albanian full-back well from when they were working together at Empoli and Napoli.
Hysaj hit free agency last week when his deal with Napoli ended, which was also the end of his six-year spell in the Campania capital.
The full-back played in 24 Serie A games for the Partenopei last season, contributing two assists, with one of them being against Lazio.
