Mark Uth: ‘We absolutely need players’
Mark Uth and Christian Gross have urged the club for bringing in new players after their 3-0 defeat against Hertha BSC.

has called for new players.
"We absolutely need players, who can help us immediately," Uth said after the game.

Christian Gross
also after his first game in charge, admitted that they need new players. However, the financial situation has made it difficult for the club’s head of sport Jochen Schneider to consider new signings.
"Jochen Schneider is trying to do the impossible. I very much hope that we succeed in signing a few players with personality, who don't need to be developed first," Gross said.
Schalke are now rock bottom of the Bundesliga table with only four points and 14 games.
