Christopher Jullien ruled out with knee injury
Celtic manager Neil Lennon has confirmed Christopher Julien will be sidelined up to four months after picking up a knee injury against Dundee United.
The French defender rushed towards the goal and slid in to make a goal-saving clearance but his knee collided with the post during Wednesday’s 3-0 victory over Dundee United and was stretchered off.
Ahead of the Old Firm game against Rangers at Ibrox,
Lennon
told Sky Sports:
“He is a very important player for us
.
“But it is a bad injury, we are to lose him for a period of time, maybe three or four months.
“On the eve of this game it is a hammer blow for us really.”
