Barcelona to sign replacements for Alba and Firpo

Barcelona are planning to sign Valencia’s
Jose Gayaas Alba's successor as they are ready to bid farewell with the experienced defender. Gaya's style of football is similar to Alba and the Blaugrana are keen to make him their new starting left-back. The 26-year-old’s current contract at Estadio Mestalla runs until 2023 and Valencia are not feeling any pressure to sell their star player ahead of the next season.
Barcelona are also eyeing a summer move for Chelsea’s
Marcos Alonsoas Firpo’s successor. The Spaniard has been struggling for game time under Thomas Tuchel and he can imagine a move to Camp Nou. Alonso is under contract with Chelsea until 2023, but he is expected to be available for an affordable price as Chelsea are open to negotiating a deal for him in the summer.
