Premier League clubs compete with Barcelona for Aarons’ signature
Norwich City defender Max Aarons has added the interest of three Premier League sides to the clubs tracking him.
Max Aarons
was the target of many clubs in last summer’s transfer window after an impressive season in the Premier League, notwithstanding their relegation to the Championship.
However, he chose to stay put, despite
Barcelonaand
Bayern Munich’s interest in his services. His side has secured a return to the English top flight for the next season.
As per reports from
The Independent, the Blaugrana are still eyeing the England U21 international, but
Tottenham,
West Hamand
Manchester Cityare also keen on signing with him.
Recruiting a new right back is not Ronald Koeman’s priority in the summer transfer window as Sergino Dest is showing off a talismanic debut season and Oscar Mingueza is contributing as a versatile back-up.
Should Barcelona decide to make an offer, the asking price will be around £30m for the 21-year-old.
