The Lion’s Return: Sadio Mane leads Al-Nassr to an exciting victory over Al-Fayhaa

A stunning victory returns Al-Nassr to the winning track in Ronaldo’s absence

Sadio Mane, a player of the Al-Nassr team, led his team to victory over their competitor Al-Fayhaa with a score of (3-1), in a match that brought them together on Friday evening at “First Park” stadium, within the twenty-eighth round of the Saudi Professional League.

The guest team, Al-Fayhaa, opened the scoring in the match in the sixth minute through Fashion Sakala, but Al-Nassr player Abduelah Al-Amri turned the tables and achieved the draw in the seventieth minute of the match. Then, Sadio Mane scored two consecutive goals in the seventy-sixth and eighty-second minutes, granting his team Al-Nassr the victory and three valuable points. It is worth mentioning that Sadio Mane had missed a penalty in the forty-second minute of the match.

With this victory, Al-Nassr’s score rose to 68 points in the second place in the league table, nine points behind the leading team Al-Hilal, which has a postponed match. While Al-Fayhaa’s score froze at 35 points in the tenth place.

It is worth mentioning that the star of the Al-Nassr team, Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, did not participate in this match due to the suspension he was subjected to after being expelled in the Al-Hilal match in the Saudi Super Cup, and the coach Luis Castro was absent from leading the team due to health issues.
