Sevilla in talks with Tottenham to sign Bryan Gil in January
Sevilla wants to buy their former player Bryan Gil from Tottenham in the January transfer window.

Antonio Conte reportedly has not been impressed with Gil and is open to selling him. The 21-year-old midfielder joined Valencia last January on a loan deal and made 17 total appearances for the club but he has just played in one league match for Tottenham this season.
ABC Sevilla claims that Sevilla’s sporting director Monchi is in negotiations with Tottenham to bring their former player to the club back on a loan deal.
Sevilla finished fourth in La Liga last season and qualified for the Champions League but they are placed 18th in the La Liga table after 14 matches this season. They sacked Julen Lopetegui and appointed Jorge Sampaoli as his replacement.
Gil began his professional career at Sevilla, and also had loan spells with Leganes and Eibar in La Liga. During his time in Spain, he managed to score 6 goals in 54 matches.
Tottenham signed Bryan Gil from Sevilla in 2021, with Erik Lamela joining the Spanish side in a swap-plus-cash deal. Spurs also paid Sevilla £21.6m for Gil.
