Nuno Gomes compares Vlahovic’s prominence with Haaland’s

player Nuno Gomes commented on the Serbian striker’s ability to become a top player on the international level.

“He really has everything to become one and is among the best youngsters in his role. Time is on his side, he can grow a lot.”

Gomes then compared Vlahovic with Erling Haaland, who made a move to Manchester City this summer and scored ten goals during his first six matches in the Premier League.

“He has similar characteristics to Haaland, they can be the future for many years. I’d advise him to always work, in training and in the game, to improve and become even stronger.”

He then shared his opinion on other forwards that are playing upfront alongside the Serbian striker at Juve.

“Vlahovic can play with Milik, who is very strong. Di Maria is a champion, Kean, Kostic and Cuadrado are precious resources.”

Vlahovic was able to make a name for himself during his spell with Fiorentina, which lasted three and a half years. He was able to find the target 49 times and contribute eight assists during his 108 matches with the club across all competitions.
