Southgate will travel to Italy to watch Abraham & Smalling

Two English stars have performed well this season in the Roma team.

Gareth Southgate will travel to the Dacia Arena tonight to watch

Chris Smalling

and

Tammy Abraham

play against

Roma

and Udinese, according to reports.

Both players have scored a goal this season and are expected to have a place in Mourinho's schedule for this game. It is said that despite the start of the European League group stage matches, Mourinho will not use the rotation system in this match.

Abraham joined the Giallorossi last summer and scored 27 goals in 52 games, the best performance of any player in his first season at Roma. He made his debut for England in 2017 and has scored 3 goals in 11 appearances for the Three Lions. His last game was against Italy in the National League last June.

Smalling has also played 31 games for England since 2017. Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Southgate's first target for his trip to Italy is Abraham, but he will also have a look at the former Manchester United defender.
