Milan is going through a busy transfer window and is close to two other goals.
La Gazzetta dello Sport has claimed that
Sven Botmanand Charles De Ketelaere intend to turn down offers from
Newcastle Unitedand Leicester City to join
AC Milan.
Milan have been looking for a new defender and a new striker for some time and have been in talks with both players. Botman's agent reached an agreement with Milan in February, but the Rossoneri and Lille have not yet agreed on a transfer fee. According to Gazzetta, Milan have offered € 30 million for the Dutch defender, but Newcastle's move to sign him has pushed up the price. According to reports, Magpies recently warned Botman that if he did not accept their offer, they would pursue other goals, and the Dutch defender also rejected their offer.
De Ketelaere is in a similar situation, preferring Milan to Premier League clubs. Leicester City have made a. 35million bid for him, but the player's preference is for Serie A. Milan have not yet reached an agreement with Club Brugge, but are aware that attending the Stadio Meazza is a player priority.
