Bonucci shares message with Juve fans after Empoli defeat
The Bianconeri are struggling to find their rhythm under Massimiliano Allegri.
Juventus started their 2021-22 Serie A season with a 2-2 draw against Udinese last week. The Bianconeri saw Cristiano Ronaldo leave the club to
returnto Manchester United two days before their second league match of the season against Empoli.
Juventus were defeated 1-0 against the newly-promoted side on Saturday.
Leonardo Mancusoscored the only goal of the game in the 21st minute, with Massimiliano Allegri’s side being unable to get the equalizer.
Leonardo Bonucci published a message to Juventus fans after the game, promising to turn things around at the Allianz Stadium.
“Juve are not the ones from yesterday,”
Bonucci wrote on his Twitter
account.
“Now it’s time to work and get results.”
Juventus will continue their Serie A campaign with a match against Napoli after the international break.
