Streich confirms three Freiburg departures after final fixture
SC Freiburg manager Christian Streich has confirmed three players are set to leave the club after their final fixture of the season.

Former Dutch international Til’s chapter at
SC Freiburgis probably over after one season and he is set to join
Feyenoord Rotterdamin his home country.
Freiburg initially had a two-year-loan deal with Til, now canceled after an injury-plagued season limited the striker to just seven games.
"It's a pity that he's not been able to play so much,"
Streich noted

Christian Streich revealed that Chang-Hoon Kwon will return to South Korea to fulfill his mandatory military service.
"He will go to a military club that has been promoted from the second to first division,"
