Spalletti close to Napoli job

There are many reports around the future of Napoli coach Gennaro Gattuso and a list of possible replacements, including Luciano Spalletti and Vincenzo Italiano.

While most experts say Gattuso and President Aurelio De Laurentiis have already decided to end their collaboration at the end of the season, Tuttosport stand out in proposing the owner is reviewing his stance.

At the Diego Armando Maradona stadium, there seems to be a discussion about choosing a new boss, and the Corriere del Mezzogiorno newspaper has revealed that links have been established with the former Roma and Inter coach Spalletti.

Il Mattino maintains current Spezia tactician Vincenzo Italiano is the top option, especially if his team is relegated to Serie B.

Ivan Juric from Verona is another option, and there is even talk of Roberto De Zerbi at Sassuolo and Paulo Fonseca at Roma.
