The former Italy international shot-stopper Dino Zoff hailed Nicolo Barella during an interview.
In an interview aired on TMW Radio, former coach

commented on Inter’s performance this season and praised the Italy international midfielder
Nicolo Barella
.
He mentioned how the 24-year-old is his favorite player, insisting that the
Intermidfielder has yet to develop his potentials.
“
He never stops improving. He still has time to grow in leadership and in technique.”
The Italian legend goalkeeper also shared his view regarding Inter’s impressive season and the talismanic performance of the squad.
“The squad has a huge potential. They’re out of all the other competitions so it’s not surprising they’re in first place.
“
The team has got what it takes, I’m not surprised by their performances.
”
Zoff spent his heyday as a shot-stopper at
Napoliand then moved to
Juventusafter five years, where he played for nine. He contributed to his national side’s 1982 FIFA World Cup .and 1968 UEFA European Championships and continued as a coach when he hung up his boots as a player
He took charge at Juventus,
Lazio,
Fiorentina, and the Italian National Team and called it quits in 2005.
