Brebner: The loss to City was humiliating

admitted that conceding six goals have seen them bottom of the

table which was the most humiliating defeat in the history of the club.

Victory suffered a thumping 6-0 defeat at Marvel Stadium on Saturday.

, on the other hand, pulled off an impressive performance that saw them fourth on the table following their third victory in a row.

It quite simply wasn't good enough

," Brebner said.

"

I'm not going to sit here and try to find excuses for it.

"It was an unacceptable 90 minutes, never mind the second half, it was humiliating.

"I didn't think before the game a result like that would occur and it's something that we need to continue looking at because it's not a position that anybody at this football club wants to be in - most importantly our members and fans."

Victory have managed to win only two games and draw one in their 10 outings this season under the reign of Brebner who may not be at the helm next week.
