Flick provides an update on Gnabry’s injury
The Germany international was sent off 28 minutes into the clash against Freiburg which came down to a 2-1 win for Bayern Munich as they lead the Bundesliga table.

Serge Gnabry
did not sustain a severe injury in the 2-1 win over
Freiburg.
The 25-year-old was out of action in his side’s loss to
Borussia Monchengladbachdue to a shin injury. Gnabry had to be substituted after 28 minutes on Sunday but Bayern Munich manager Flick is confident that he’ll return soon.

The injury is not serious; I have heard from the doctors. The muscle in his back cramped up,
" said the Bayern boss.
When Gnabry left the game, Bayern took the lead courtesy of Robert Lewandowski’s 21st goal this season. Freiburg pushed to level the game through Nils Petersen in the 62nd minute, with the tally of 28 goals in
Bundesliga.
Leroy Sane, who was substituted for Gnabry, set Thomas Muller up – who contributed his 125th assist in top-flight – for the second goal and sealing the three points. Flick was satisfied with Sane’s performance.

"We saw good development. He proved today that he is always good for an assist or a goal

Flick said: "
I'm not interested in the table at the moment. We have to look at ourselves and be focused on Augsburg and Schalke as we are today.
"It's good to have achieved a four-point lead, that is extremely important. For us, only our results count."
