Stroppa believes Crotone are adapted to Serie A

Giovanni Stroppa believes Crotone have found their feet in Serie A and was fully satisfied with their second clean sheet against Udinese.

Ahead of the clash with

Sampdoria

tomorrow,

Crotone

manager

Stroppa

is pleased with his side’s performance in recent games.

Crotone

have picked up 4 points from a possible six in their last two matches – a 4-1 victory against Spezia and a goalless draw with Udinese – and the manager said they are starting to settle in Serie A.

“It has been a few weeks, beyond the results that arrived in the last two games, that the team have shown they have settled in the championship,”

Stroppa said at a press conference

.

“On some occasions, we have been forced to sacrifice a more prudent defensive phase, it’s surely positive that we are getting the results and in the last game we didn’t concede.

“That’s something to start from. A turning point? Let’s see, we have to count when there are close matches, let’s see who guarantees me mental and physical qualities.

“But, I must say that the team are growing and it gives me more alternatives.”

Crotone are bottom with only 6 points after 12 rounds and are 4 points away to escape from relegation.
