Winning ACL not easy, says Vermaelen
Former Arsenal talks about his experience in the Asian Champions League.

. They have been qualified for round 16 of ACL and hope that they can win the Asian Championship with the help of their experienced stars.
, former Arsenal captain and Barcelona player, Andres Iniesta, legendary Barcelona player and Samper, also former Barcelona player are among their stars. Vermaelen has spoken about his determination to win the trophy but he admits it is not easy.
"It's not easy. The first time you compete in this competition, there is no experience. It is very important now (after qualification) to start again and put massive results. It's not going to be easy but we have to perform better,"
he told Goal.
He insists that Vissel Kobe intends to play a European style football and teams from China and South Korea can cause them problems.
"It is difficult for me to know how good the teams are but in general, the teams are very competitive. They are not afraid to put challenges and they play very physically and make it hard for us. We are a team who wants to play football like teams in Europe, you want to have the ball, playing out from the back.
"But the teams in China and South Korea - they are physically prepared and put up a fight and that is quite challenging for us."
