The management of the Saudi Al-Ahli Football Club announced the official contract with the Ivorian player
Franck Kessiéfrom the Spanish club
Barcelona, with a contract that extends for 3 seasons, to end at the end of the 2025–2026 sports season.
FC Barcelona stated in a statement on its official website: "The club reached an agreement with Al-Ahli Jeddah regarding the transfer of Franck Kessié to its ranks for 12.5 million euros."
And the Catalan club added: "Barcelona publicly expresses its gratitude to Frank Kessie for his commitment and dedication and wishes him every success in the future."
The Ivorian player moved to the ranks of Barcelona last summer through a free deal after the end of his contract with the Italian club
Milan, and the contract signing ceremony took place in the French capital, Paris, in the presence of Yazan Al-Sharif CEO of Al-Ahli.
