Stuttgart midfielder set to undergo medical at Nottingham Forest

Orel Mangala, who is expected to become their 12th signing of the summer.
The 24-year-old midfielder will pass Forest's medical tests on Tuesday and his transfer will be official soon. He played 29 games for Stuttgart in all competitions last season and managed to score one goal. Mangala also made his senior cap for Belgium against Ireland in March.
Forest, who have spent £73m in transfers so far, are also looking to sign Real Betis left-back Alex Moreno, who made 45 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga club last season. But he has a contract with the club until 2025 and negotiations between the two parties are ongoing.
Mangala is expected to become Steve Cooper's new signing after Jesse Lingard joined Forest on a one-year deal. After returning to the Premier League after a 23-year absence, Forest have been extremely active in the transfer market and they seem to have extensive plans for next season.
