La Liga asked court to terminate Mbappe's contract with PSG
The French star decided to renew his contract with PSG a few months ago.
La Liga plans to terminate
Kylian Mbappe's new contract with
Paris Saint-Germainthrough a court in Spain.
The French striker, who was nearing the end of his contract, had reached an agreement with Real Madrid and was expected to move to Santiago Bernabeu next season, but he stayed in Paris with an exceptional contract.
After the contract extension, Florentino Perez accused PSG of brainwashing Mbappe and this is where LaLiga decided to step in and take official action.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas has announced that they will take Paris Saint-Germain to court because PSG breached Financial Fair Play rules. According to Relevo, LaLiga's complaint contains an interesting request. Tebas asked the court to cancel the extension of Mbappe's contract with the club if PSG's violation is confirmed.
Such a decision by the court will be accompanied by many reactions in football, unless convincing reasons are published in this regard.
