Odriozola wants a Serie A move rather than Real Madrid stay
The Spanish defender has no place in Real Madrid and the club wants to sell him.
It has been four years since
Alvaro Odriozolamoved to
Real Madrid, but he has yet to find a place in the team.
He joined Real Madrid from
Real Sociedadin 2018 and spent two of his four seasons on loan at other teams, but it looks like he has reached the end of the line.
Recently, there have been rumors about his transfer to Fiorentina, a team where he was able to show his potential and show his quality. A minor injury reduced his Serie A tally to 25 but he was in the starting line-up everytime he was ready to play.
According to AS, Real Madrid intends to prevent losses and it is said that his destination will be Inter. The Spaniards have demanded €20 million for Odriozola, and Simone Inzaghi's team agrees to the transfer.
Odriozola recently spoke optimistically of returning to Madrid in the summer and fighting for his place, but the coach does not seem to trust him. Los Blancos have no reliable right-back except Carvajal, but they prefer to continue to trust Lucas Vazquez.
