The Croatian star will soon leave Giuseppe Meazza for London.
The 33-year-old star, who could play as a back- winger and striker, will soon become Conte's first signing and sign a two-year contract. The Croatian midfielder, who has played 113 games for his country and scored in the 2018 World Cup final, has been with Inter since 2015. He won the Serie A title last season under Antonio Conte and won the Champions League in the 2019-20 season on loan at Bayern Munich.
Conte used Perisic in the wing-back, and good performances were seen from him at the time. The Italian coach is optimistic about working with him again and hopes that Perisic will be able to shine in London at the end of his football career.
Tottenham are expected to get through a busy summer and recruit players in several areas, including goalkeeper, center-back, wing-back and midfielder.
