Brazil legend has been hospitalized again to resume his colon tumor treatment.

In late August and after being diagnosed with a colon tumor,

underwent surgery in the Albert Einstein Hospital in Sao Paulo to remove the aforementioned tumor.

The Albert Einstein hospital released a statement on Wednesday, announcing that the three-time World Cup champion is

"continuing"

his treatment and he will be discharged in the next few days.

The legendary forward, who has remained Brazil’s leading goal scorer to this date, went on twitter last months and announced that he is

"fine"

and feeling better

"every day".
