Theo Hernandez tested positive for Covid-19

The French star will not be able to accompany his team in the match against Verona.

AC Milan

defender Theo Hernandez was tested positive for Covid-19.

The 24-year-old defender played a key role in France's success in the Nation League, scoring the team's winning goal in the 90th minute against Belgium and sending the second assist to Kylian Mbappein the final against Spain. The final was held in Milan and he did not need to travel to another city to attend his club. However, he will miss Saturday's game against Verona due to positive Covid-19 test.

Hernandez had a good season at the Rossoneri, sending three assists to his team-mates and scoring one goal. Fouda Balou-Toure will probably replace him in the Milan squad and will help Milan in their efforts to compensate for the 2-point difference with Napoli.

Milan have been unbeaten so far this season, scoring 18 points from seven games.
