However, there has not been any direct contact with VfB Stuttgart over a potential transfer.

It seems that the only problem would be his price tag as Stuttgart have valued him at €25 million which seems too expensive for Milan and they are said to be exploring cheaper options, however, Kalajdzic will remain a future option for Milan even if they find a cheaper option.

Kalajdzic has also been rumored to the Premier League, with Tottenham and Everton previously having shown interest in the 23-year-old.

Kalajdzic has been able to score 16 goals through 33 appearances for Stuttgart. He helped his club to a 9th-place finish on their return to the Bundesliga and is currently at Euro 2020 with Austria and started their 3-1 win against North Macedonia on Sunday.
