Kubo: "Real Sociedad helped me to vindicate myself as a footballer"

Kubo became the first Japanese player to sign with

when he arrived on a permanent deal in July 2022.

he said about joining Real Sociedad.

Kubo has scored 14 goals in 52 games for Real Sociedad. He has also played 27 games for the Japan national team and scored two goals.

Sociedad have earned 15 points in 9 games in La Liga and are currently in sixth place. They will play against Mallorca in their next La Liga match.
