Chelsea have signed goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic in a deal worth £14m.
have completed the signing of goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic from New England Revolution.
After signing his contract, he said on Chelsea's official website that this is a big step for him.
"It’s a big step for me and it’s always been a dream of mine to sign for one of the biggest clubs in the world. Today I have achieved that goal and I’m so happy."
he said.
"Playing in the Premier League is something I’m really looking forward to doing and I hope to learn many things here at Chelsea. I can’t wait to meet everyone and play at Stamford Bridge."
Petrovic is Chelsea's fifteenth signing this season. His contract with Chelsea is for seven years.
Chelsea, who defeated Luton Town 3-0 in the third week of the Premier League, will play against Nottingham Forest next week.
