David Datro Fofana has joined Union Berlin
Union Berlin sign Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana on season-long loan.
David Datro Fofana of Chelsea has been signed by
Union Berlinon a season-long loan. Fofana joined Chelsea from Monde in January. His contract with Chelsea was for six and a half years.
Fofana spoke to Union Berlin's official website:
“Union have developed extremely strongly in the last few years and it excites me a lot to be a part of this in the coming season."
he said.
“The club has made a long and hard effort to find me and now I want to repay that with good performances.”
Union Berlin finished fourth in the Bundesliga last season and will be in the Champions League this season.
