Arsenal are closing in on an agreement with West Ham

The management of the English club 

 announced an official agreement with 

 to sign the English international 

, in the current summer transfer window.

Arsenal decided to contract with Englishman Declan Rice as part of his plan to support the next team to participate in the Champions League, and with the approaching departure of the duo, Swiss player 

 and Ghanaian

Transfer market expert in Europe Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Arsenal had reached a final agreement with West Ham, as he wrote on his Twitter account: "Declan Rice to Arsenal... The agreement was concluded between Arsenal and West Ham."

He added: "The deal has been done for £100m plus an additional £5m that has been agreed.

He continued: "He is the most expensive signing ever in Arsenal's history, and he also became the most expensive English player.

He concluded: "Mikel Arteta and Edu were decisive in closing the deal.

Arsenal have reached an agreement with 

 Amsterdam in order to sign their defender 

, in a deal worth 38.5 million pounds.

And "Sky Sports" indicated that Arsenal will pay 34.2 million pounds sterling for the inclusion of the 22-year-old Dutch international in exchange for placing 4.3 million pounds in additions related to the levels that he will provide.

Timber was enrolled in the Ajax Academy and played 160 matches with the Dutch team, and it is expected that a medical examination will take place in the coming days and the personal clauses in his contract will be terminated in preparation for his transfer to the London team.

Timber will thus become Arsenal's third deal this summer after signing German

 for 65 million pounds, in addition to the imminent arrival of Englishman Declan Rice from West Ham in a deal that will reach 105 million pounds.
