Van Dijk:"Mac Allister will definitely be a big addition"
Virgil van Dijk is happy that Mac Alister has joined Liverpool.
signed Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton for €42 million, becoming the club's first transfer of the summer.
Virgil van Dijk, the defender of Liverpool, is happy that the team has managed to sign Mac Allister.
"He will definitely be a big addition and something we need in order to be back where we all want it to be."
he said.
"So it's a good start to the transfer window. Hopefully, we get a couple more quality additions and he is definitely one of the players who can make hopefully a difference for us in the next couple of years."
Last season, Mac Allister had a very good performance at Brighton and was able to help the team secure a spot in European competitions for the first time in their history.
