England manager Sarina Wiegman says she has not agreed to a contract extension at the moment.

England's

manager last year led them to the Euro 2022. It was England's first major trophy since 1966.  England under Wiegman is unbeaten in 23 matches and has scored 120 goals.

Wiegman is under contract until 2025 and recent reports suggested that she has agreed to a contract extension until 2027 but she denied these reports on Monday.

"I'm very happy with the contract I have. I feel very valued, we have had conversations, very good ones, and we're all happy,"

Wiegman said on Monday.

"I'm happy, the team is happy, the FA is happy. We have a couple of tournaments to go and it's very comfortable. I hope we keep it that way and keep performing well.”

England beat the United States at Wembley Stadium last Friday in a friendly match and next will play with the Czech Republic on Tuesday.

Wiegman also said her team can prove in the World Cup in the summer that they are the best team in the world.

"We have 10 months to go, we are in a good place I think we are improving and we have to do to that to do really good at the World Cup,"

said Wiegman.

"We are improving our game all the time, I think we built some confidence at the Euros too.

"It helps too when you beat the USA, we saw some good things but we also saw some things we have to improve, which is very exciting too."
