Villa have 'bid accepted' for Dendoncker as Arsenal step up interest

Before the 2018-19 season, Dendoncker joined Wolves on loan from Anderlecht. Before the 2019-20 season, he made a move permanent. The 27-year-old, who has played for Belgium 29 times and won 29 caps, scored 12 goals in 159 games for Wolves.
He is said to have moved to Villa Park for £13 million. His signature could mean that Steven Gerrard is ready to let Douglas Luiz leave Villa and join Arsenal.
The Gunners beat Villa 2-1 in the Premier League on Wednesday. According to reports, they have made more than one offer for the 24-year-old, but all of them have been turned down. They are expected to make at least one more offer before the window closes on Thursday.
