Pique and Shakira confirm their separation
Following 11 years of being together, Gerard Pique and Shakira have revealed that they are parting ways.

have confirmed that they are separating. The two had been in a relationship for 11 years and have two kids together, aged nine and seven.
While speculations of growing disharmony was raising, Shakira’s communication agency released a statement on Saturday revealing that the two have split.
"We regret to confirm that we are parting ways,"
Shakira's statement read.
"For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect their privacy. Thank you for your understanding."
Pique and Shakira met in 2011 when she was appearing for her single ‘Waka Waka’, which was 2010’s official song and the centre-back went on to win with Spain.
He has featured for 14 years with Barcelona and appeared in more than 600 games, with 40 of them coming in the 2021-22 season.
