Barcelona's Riqui Puig on the move to Premier League?

According to Diario Sport, Wolverhampton Wanderers are keen on recruiting Riqui Puig from Barcelona. The Premier League club has always been intrigued by Barcelona talents, and Puig represents a once-in-a-lifetime market chance.

So far this season, the Catalan teenager has made only a few appearances under Xavi Hernandez, and he is beginning to realize that he needs to leave Camp Nou in order to further his career. Wolves are an intriguing alternative since the

LaLiga

giants may strike a deal that allows them to keep Adama Traore without paying any money.

Adama, who is on loan from Wolves at Camp Nou, has a buy option. Francisco Trincao is also on loan from Barcelona at the

Premier League

side. So, between the two, Trincao and Puig,

Barcelona

has the potential to strike a unique bargain.

But everything rests on Puig's willingness to go for something new, which he's consistently denied despite playing very little football in recent seasons. The 22-year-old, who was born and bred in Catalonia, has spent his whole professional career with the Catalan club.
