Bale out of action for three weeks due to calf injury

Real Madrid winger is set to be sidelined for three weeks due to an injury he picked up during international break.

Wales

’ 5-1 victory over Belarus on Saturday. He was subbed off between the two halves due to what later turned out to be a calf injury.

Bale, who had returned to action after his recovery from a two-month injury, also missed Wales’ 1-1 draw with Belgium, which secured the Dragons a spot in the 2022 World Cup qualification play-offs.

medical team announced a few minutes ago that the Welsh winger will be sidelined for about three weeks due to the calf injury he picked up during the international break.

The 32-year-old is expected to return to action in December, nearly four months since he last made an appearance in Los Blancos’ squad.

Real are set to face Granada, Sevilla and Athletic Club in La Liga and Sheriff and Inter in the Champions League throughout the next three weeks.
