Lo Celso and Romero will be punished by Tottenham

was postponed, now the reports suggest that

Giovani Lo Celso

and

Cristian Romero

are going to be disciplined by

for traveling to South America to join their national team. Both players are now set to travel to Croatia alongside Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez and Emiliano Buendia, all of them being accused of breaching the strict protocols of entering Brazil.

Aston Villa’s players Martinez and Buendia will probably face no problems because they had talked about their travel with the club, but Tottenham’s Argentinians are not in the same situation.

These four players are going to miss their national team’s next game against Bolivia, but since they are traveling to Croatia instead of the UK, they can keep training and get ready to play for their clubs because if they decide to go to the UK from Brazil, they will be forced to spend ten days in the government’s hotel quarantine, so they are going to Croatia which is a green list country to be able to join their club directly after ten days of practicing there.

If none of the players test positive for covid-19, they will be available for their clubs after only one game.
