Naushad Moosa believes top Indian teams are throwing money

Bengaluru FC caretaker said that some teams are spending a great deal of money to sign the best players.

Mumbai City FC

and

ATK Mohun Bagan

are the two leading teams in the Indian Super League. They have both qualified for the play-offs and they are fighting to finish at the top spot to find a place in the Asian Champions League group stage.

Naushad Moosa

gave his opinion about the top two clubs and the amount of money they spend to bring in stars available in the market.

“If you see the first leg (phase of the league), they (Mumbai and ATKMB) picked up most points. Other teams are catching up. But it is too late. They have good players. East Bengal have the best set of foreigners. In the beginning, they were suffering for their Indian players as Robbie Fowler was complaining about. But now they are playing good football. They (The top two teams) are throwing money and are getting the best players. They (ATKMB) got Lenny and Marcleinho. Both are doing well,”

he shared his thoughts

.

Bengaluru FC

will face Mumbai City FC, who will be without their influential attacking midfielder

Hugo Boumous

who picked up a red card in the last match.
