Martinez wishes for new experiences after nine years with Munich

now that his time with the Bundesliga club is coming to an end. The Spaniard, who was convinced to spend another season with Munich last year, revealed that he is intending to have a fresh start with another team.
“This is not the moment to discuss what will happen in June 2021. Anything can happen. I had great years here and we will see what happens,” he said.
“I would like to try something new, no matter where, but something new before I end my career.”
“The contract says it is the last year. I am happy to be here now and I am part of the team and that is what is important.”
The currently 32-year-old has a long list of achievements including 5 Bundesliga, 2 champions league, 5 German cups, and 1 World Cup titles.
