Fines and consequences for Al-Ittihad Jeddah Club and its star Hamdallah

The Discipline Committee imposes fines on Al-Ittihad Jeddah, Hamdallah, Al-Mousa, and Al-Shuaib

The Discipline and Ethics Committee in the Saudi Football Federation decided to take disciplinary actions against Al-Ittihad Jeddah Club and one of its players, the Moroccan player Abdelrazak Hamdallah, as a result of the events that took place in their match with Al-Hilal team.

In the midst of the competition for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, Al-Hilal team managed to reach the final stage after winning with a score of 2-1 against Al-Ittihad Jeddah Club in the match that was held at the Shining Jewel Stadium last Tuesday.

In an official statement issued by the committee, it decided to impose a financial fine of 100,000 riyals on Al-Ittihad Jeddah Club, as a result of the behavior of some of the club’s fans who threw 20 water bottles towards the pitch.

In addition to that, the professional player in the ranks of Al-Ittihad Jeddah Club, Abderrazak Hamdallah, was punished with a financial fine of 20,000 riyals, due to his absence from the media interview after the end of the match, and this penalty is similar to that imposed on another player from Al-Ittihad team.

In addition to that, the committee decided to fine the Riyadh player, Khaled Ibrahim Al-Shuaib, an amount of 10,000 riyals, due to his receipt of a direct red card as a result of his violent behavior towards a player from Al-Fateh team.
