Ashraf Nasr’s vision and steps to restructure the team: Between confirming confidence and suspending financial dues to overcome challenges
The president of Al Ahli Bank Club, Ashraf Nasr, insisted on renewing confidence in the team’s coach, Tarek Mustafa, despite the big defeat they received against the Enppi team with a score of 1-5 in the match that took place within the twenty-first round of the Egyptian league. Especially since this loss is the biggest since the team’s promotion to the league in the 2020-2021 season.
Nasr announced during a television interview on DMC channel that he held a session with Mustafa after the end of the match, and confirmed his continued support and confidence in his coaching abilities. He pointed out that there is great confidence in his ability to achieve success for the team.
Nasr added that some players fell short in their performance and clear mistakes were present during the match, so it was agreed with Mustafa to implement a wide restructuring of the team at the end of the current season to overcome these difficulties.
Nasr confirmed through the program (Number 10) on the first channel that the disbursement of financial dues for all players has been suspended until the end of the season, as a disciplinary measure after the weak performance presented by the team. He added that some players who do not show commitment and the real value of the team’s jersey will be excluded.
