Bournemouth have sacked Gary O'Neil

Bournemouth have sacked O'Neil despite the club's Premier League survival.

Bournemouth

have parted company with head coach Gary O'Neil.

O'Neil, who replaced Scott Parker, was able to keep Bournemouth in the Premier League. They finished 15th in the league. However, Bournemouth decided to part ways with this coach.

Bill Foley, the owner of Bournemouth, said:

“Gary’s achievement last season is one I will always be grateful for."

“This has been a difficult decision, but it has been made with great consideration to best position ourselves ahead of the coming season.”

Gary O'Neil, was the head coach of Bournemouth for seven months.
