Soufiane Amrabat responds to the fans of Fiorentina

Soufiane Amrabat sends a message to the viola fans

 expressed his pride in playing for the Viola ranks despite losing the European Conference League final yesterday, Wednesday to his English counterpart,

West Ham United

(2-1).

Amrabat wrote through his personal account on the social networking site "Instagram,"  "I am proud to be part of this team. We gave everything we had throughout the season, and together we reached two finals (the Italian Cup and the European Conference League).

And he added, "To end up on the losing side is a painful feeling for us as players and for our fans. We really wanted to share this victory with all of you, and my biggest regret is that we were not able to achieve the championship."

And he continued, "I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this wonderful season for the club, to the coach, my colleagues, and everyone who works behind the scenes in order to put us in a position to compete at the highest level. Your hard work does not pass easily, and I appreciate you all."

And he concluded: "For our fans, we have come this far thanks to the wonderful support that you have provided us throughout the season, and this club will return to challenge again in the future."

According to the Italian "Calciomercato" website, Amrabat's message came to bid farewell to the club, as the Moroccan star is preparing to take on a new challenge amid his strong association with moving to

Barcelona

or

Manchester United

starting next season.
