PSG contracts with the first deals

Ugarte The first Paris deals

The management of

Paris Saint-Germain

managed to put the final touches on the first deals of the summer transfer period after the end of the current season.

A source close to PSG management revealed that the club is close to signing Uruguayan player

Manuel Ugarte

, the Portuguese

Sporting Lisbon

midfielder.

The newspaper added that the deal will cost the treasury of the Parisian club 60 million euros, representing the value of the penalty clause in Ugarte's contract with his Portuguese club, as his contract extends until 2026.

PSG began its negotiations to include Ugarte 22, a few months ago, as he is admired by Luis Campos, the Parisian club's sports advisor.

And "L'Equipe" pointed out that the price of Manuel Ugarte, compared to the rest of his peers in the middle of the field, is very reasonable, given his young age.

She explained that what encourages the Parisian club to complete the deal is that the famous players' agent, Jorge Mendez, is the one who runs the business for the young Uruguayan.

Jorge Mendes also represents a number of current players in the ranks of "PSG", such as the Portuguese duo

Vitinia

and

Renato Sanchez

, in addition to the promising French star

Warren Zair Emery

.
