Ronaldo vows to win more honors after Saudi Player of the Month award

Joining Al Nassr from Manchester United this January, Ronaldo was named Saudi Pro League Player of the Month for February after scoring eight goals in four appearances.

The Portuguese first goal for the club clinched a point in a dramatic draw against Al Fateh on February 3. Six days later, he scored four goals in his side's 4-0 victory over Al Wehda.

His stunning performances continued as he provided two assists for Abdulrahman Ghareeb and Abdullah Madu in their 2-1 victory over Al Taawoun before finishing the month in style with a hat-trick against Damac on February 25.

Appearing with the monthly award ahead of Al Nassr's 3-1 victory over Al-Batin on Friday, Ronaldo claimed on social media it would not be his last award.

"

Happy to win the February Player of the Month Award for the Saudi League,"

he wrote.

"Hopefully the first of many! Proud to be part of this team."

Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a 2-year deal with Al Nassr which would see the 37-year-old earn a reported €200m per year when his commercial deals are also included. The contract will run until June 2025 and will include a reported base salary of €70m.
