Klinsmann was appointed as South Korea new manager
Jurgen Klinsmann, Germany and the United States national teams' former manager, has been named as the new head coach for South Korea.
The 58-year-old Jurgen Klinsmann, who won the World Cup as a player with
Germanyin 1990, has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract that will see him lead the team up to and including the 2026 World Cup finals, which will be held in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
Klinsmann's debut match as the team's head coach will be a home friendly against Colombia in Ulsan on March 24. He takes over from Paulo Bento, who recently resigned after South Korea elimination in the last 16 of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Klinsmann's return to football management comes after he left his post at
Hertha Berlinin 2020, having only been in charge for 10 weeks.

said Klinsmann about his new job at South Korea.
