Christensen warns Barcelona must watch out for "dangerous Rashford"
After being eliminated from the Champions League group stage, Barca will face Manchester United on Thursday with their former Chelsea centre-back warning them to be careful about Man United's talisman.
Marcus Rashford has scored 21 goals for Manchester United this season as he helped them reach the third place of the Premier league table as well as the EFL Cup's final under Erik ten Hag’s revival. United have also won 12 out of 15 games since the World Cup break as they will face Barca for a place in the Europa League's last 16.
Andreas Christensen told Barca's social media channel:
"He is in great form at the moment. I like him a lot, I love the way he plays. He is a direct, dangerous, and powerful player.”
Speaking about United, the Dane added: "
They have great quality and the way they play is good.
"I think Ten Hag will take them to a different level. It will be a tough game, but I think we are in a great moment. Will be a great match."
Christensen has helped Barcelona lead the La Liga table by 11 points in his debut season as he urges the Blaugrana to seize the opportunity for success.
"I got here seven months ago, and I think it's been great,
" the 26-year-old continued. "
I think we are on the right track. We want to win another title this season."
