Paul Scholes criticizes ‘stupid’ Rashford after he was dropped by ten Hag against Wolves

Erik ten Hag left out United’s best striker against Wolverhampton for “internal disciplinary” reasons

It was reported that Erik ten Hag left out his star striker Marcus Rashford

due to “internal Disciplinary”

reasons which prompted United legend Paul Scholes to call Rashford ”stupid” for his behavior.

"He's jeopardising his own form by being stupid, or whatever he's done,"

Paul Scholes said on BT Sport ahead of the match between Man Utd and Wolves.

"I hope it doesn't jeopardize the next six months of his season."

This wouldn’t be the first firm stance that ten Hag has shown on disciplinary action since joining Manchester United. Apart from Cristiano Ronaldo’s very public falling out with ten Hag, the Dutch tactician left out Alejandro Garnacho from their pre-season games due to time-keeping issues and it seems that

Rashford

is no exception despite being United’s most on-form player recently.
